Everything was as discussed. Nice place, great location. Host always available and helpful, earlier check-in was accepted without any problems. Deduction because the bed made loud noises and the mattress was very soft for our needs.

This place is beautiful! The apartment is nice, spacious and clean. The garden was a huge plus. Pool also great for before or after the beach! So close to shops and restaurants, but also quiet and peaceful at the same time. Honestly better than the pictures and I highly recommend! Would stay here again. Host very responsive and gave many local recommendations.

An absolute gem! Beautiful home, with garden and a front terrace furnished nicely with a superb and relaxing view. We felt right at home. A 3 minute walk from the grocery store and 8 min to the main street. The pool was crystal clear and well maintained. Andrea the host was super nice and helped us with recommendations the entire stay.

Great location and brand-new property with easy parking. We loved that everything was new, plus the pool and the washing machine. (A headboard would help comfort because the wall behind the bed is rough.)

We liked it a lot; the swimming pool was also great. The whole place was very spacious and very clean, and there was even a swing for the kids. Nothing to complain about.

We stayed a week in May and everything was just perfect. The apartment is new, tastefully furnished and with attention to detail. The pool with sea view is wonderful, as well as the very comfortable private parking spot under the house. Thank you to Domusmeralda, always available and attentive to make your stay impeccable. Fantastic weekend! The apartment is brand new, tastefully furnished and complete with every comfort. The private parking under the house is really convenient and the pool is the icing on the cake: large, with deck chairs and a breathtaking sea view. The real luxury, however, was the private hot tub with hot water: being able to relax with a view of the pool and the sea directly from your own tub was a dream. The children loved it.

A beautiful stay, made even more special by the possibility of sharing it with friends in the apartment next door. The property has three apartments next to each other: a nice advantage if you are traveling in a group, perfect for 10-12 people. All new, well-kept and clean, with really convenient private parking. The pool is spectacular with a postcard-like sea view. Customer service was prompt and reliable. A dream weekend!

Complex is very new, in a nice location with all amenities within walking distance. The surrounding area is calm and good to have parking available. Lovely views from the balcony. Apartment had everything we required, was neat and tidy. Check-in/out instructions were clear and there were lovely welcome touches. Perfect base to explore the island — we would certainly return.

Very nice apartment in walking distance to everything in cosy Cannigione, and still calm and away from the town noise. Completely new in an establishment that is not 100% done in July 2024 so it will be even better when everything is in place.

Nice and clean apartment walking distance from all the nice restaurants in town. Stunning views on the balcony. Easy to communicate with the owner through WA, helpful with questions and got great tips for things to do! Would definitely recommend.
